Introduction

VendorHub Technologies LLC ("VendorHub," "we," "us," or "our") helps mortgage lenders, brokerages, real estate platforms, and other housing-industry partners organize preferred vendors, route customer referrals, and measure the results. Earning your trust is our top priority, and we are committed to your privacy.

This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and how we protect it, in connection with this website and the VendorHub platform (together, the "Site"). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this policy. This policy may change from time to time; your continued use of the Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this page periodically.

Our pledge

We never sell, rent, or share your personally identifiable information without your knowledge. We would only make an exception to this pledge if we were required to do so by law.

Information we collect

We collect several types of information, including information by which you may be personally identified — such as name, business or postal address, email address, and telephone number ("personal information") — and information that is about you but does not individually identify you.

Information you provide directly

When you request a demo or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to send us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.

Information collected through the platform

Where a partner organization uses VendorHub, we process information necessary to operate the vendor program. This may include vendor business details and contacts, referral records, the status and outcome of a referral, and invoicing and revenue-share activity associated with vendor relationships.

Information we collect from partners

We may receive information about you from a partner organization that uses VendorHub, such as a mortgage lender, title company, brokerage, or real estate platform. That information may include your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and dates related to a transaction or service need.

Information collected automatically

Our web servers may use an extended log file format that captures the date and time of a visit, the referring address, the type of internet browser, and the visitor's IP address. Log files do not capture your email address. Except where you have registered an account with us, log files do not allow us to determine your identity, though this information may indicate the URL of the website you visited before coming to the Site, your browser or mobile device type, your IP address, language, approximate geographic location, and time zone. We use this non-personally identifiable information to troubleshoot, administer the Site and its services, analyze trends, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect about you, or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To present the Site and its contents to you;
  • To respond to a demo request or other inquiry you submit;
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us;
  • To operate the vendor program on behalf of a partner organization, including routing referrals, tracking outcomes, and reporting on performance;
  • To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices;
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contract entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;
  • To notify you about changes to the Site or to any products or services we offer or provide through it;
  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and
  • For any other purpose with your consent.

We may also use your information to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, contact us using the details below or adjust your preferences in your account profile where one exists.

Information we share

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of VendorHub unless one of the following circumstances applies.

To process VendorHub services

In order to deliver the services we offer, we may need to share personal information with third parties. In such situations we share only the personal information necessary to complete the requested service. For example, if you are referred to a vendor, we will share the applicable information with that vendor so they can contact you and fulfill the service.

With your explicit consent

We may share personal information that you provide on the Site with third parties if you instruct us to share it, or if you consent to the sharing via opt-in.

For external processing

We may provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process certain services on our behalf. In all such situations, the provision of information is necessary for processing a service, and appropriate confidentiality and security measures are in place to protect the information.

For legal reasons

We will share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of VendorHub if we believe doing so is necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.

Aggregate and anonymous data

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners ("De-identified Data"). For example, we may publish information about vendor category trends. We may also share anonymized data ("Anonymous Data") with certain partners to support program reporting and performance measurement. Any user who does not want VendorHub to use their personal information in De-identified Data or Anonymous Data sets may contact us at the address below to opt out at any time.

With the partner organization that invited you

You may be invited to use VendorHub by a partner organization with whom you have a relationship, such as a mortgage lender, title company, property manager, real estate brokerage, or moving company (each a "Partner"). If you create an account on a version of VendorHub provided by a Partner, we may share your personally identifiable information with that Partner. In such situations, the Partner will be encouraged to protect your personal information pursuant to its own privacy policy.

Where VendorHub technology powers another website

VendorHub technology may be made available within third-party websites. Where VendorHub technology powers a website other than one we operate, we may need to share personal information with the third party that owns and operates that website (the "Hosting Business"). In such situations, the Hosting Business will be encouraged to protect your personal information pursuant to its own privacy policy.

Corporate transactions

If we sell all or part of our business, make a transfer of assets, or are otherwise involved in a change of control transaction, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, we may transfer information from or about you to one or more third parties as part of the transaction.

Mobile and messaging data

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to stop receiving future messages, you can opt out by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Cookies and this website

This marketing website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Where you sign in to the VendorHub platform, cookies may be used for essential purposes such as maintaining your session and recognizing your account. We do not exercise control over third-party websites displayed as links from within the Site, and those websites may place their own cookies or other files on your device, collect data, or solicit personal information from you. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit that collects personally identifiable information. This policy applies solely to information collected on the Site.

Security

We are committed to protecting the information of our users and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children

The Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or about any person under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years old and wish to ask a question or use the Site in any way that requires you to submit personal information, please ask your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
